Pricing questions
Are the prices per user?
Yes. Every plan is priced per user (seat) per month, in pounds sterling, excluding VAT.
How much cheaper is annual billing?
Annual billing works out at £9 instead of £11 per user per month on Solo, £15 instead of £19 on Team and £24 instead of £29 on Business — roughly two months free.
Which plan do I need for Xero?
Team or Business. Invoicing with UK VAT, pushing invoices to Xero, profitability and timesheet approvals are all on Team and above.
How does the free trial work?
Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with all features, and you don't need a card to start. When the trial ends you choose a plan.
Are there any usage fees?
No. There are no extra charges for the number of projects, clients or invoices — you pay per user, and that's it.
Can I try it without signing up?
Yes. The live demo opens a sample agency workspace in your browser with no signup. Changes you make in the demo are saved in that browser only.
